Processing Time: We handcraft our clocks in our workshop after you order, and they generally take 3-4 business days to complete and ship. 

Domestic Shipping: Free shipping in the U.S. is generally 1-7 days. For a more specific timeframe, add the product to your cart and go to checkout.

Expedited Shipping: Available for domestic U.S. orders. Delivery time is about 1-3 days. 

International Shipping: Most shipments are delivered via UPS unless otherwise stated at checkout. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. Delivery estimate is 3 - 5 days. 

Returns/Refunds: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a free pre-paid return label for any order shipped within the United States. Return your order to us within 90 days and we’ll process a full refund back to the original payment method. See more info here.

No, our clocks are silent.

We assemble these clocks in our workshop. Once you receive your clock simply attach your pendulum and install a battery or batteries and let the fun begin.

Yes, they run on one or two AA batteries depending on the clock model.
