No, our clocks are silent.
We assemble these clocks in our workshop. Once you receive your clock simply attach your pendulum and install a battery or batteries and let the fun begin.
Yes, they run on one or two AA batteries depending on the clock model.
So cute!! My husband and son-in-law have a family joke about otters so when I saw Lola I had to get her for my hubby. I haven't given it to him yet. The clock looks well made and I love that it's a handmade in America product.

Received Lola in an impressive quick delivery. She is so sweet and can’t wait to place her on a wall in my new home at the end of the month. I first came across Birch Robot clocks when I was pet sitting for a friend and she had one. I fell in love with them and had a hard time choosing. I love my Lola the otter clock. She is the first thing I've hung on the wall in my apartment in the 2+years I've lived here. She makes me smile with her happy face and swinging tail.
I buy one of these clocks for each of my grandchildren . I think they are well done simple objects that will help them remember their grandpa when I’m long gone.!

The clock could not be any cuter and it was very well received. The toughest part is which one to buy. I joked that maybe she needs 4 or 5 with different cities labeled below. After all she just turned 1!

Saw these were made in California and reasonably priced (especially all the awesome seasonal hats!) so I pulled the trigger on the otter clock for my baby boy's Big Sur themed room. It looks awesome and I received it within 48 hours of ordering.

My mother has been a huge fan of Birchrobot clocks on Instagram for years, and so I finally ordered her a clock of her own for her birthday! She seriously loved it and was so excited when she saw the logo on the box, but, to my confusion, she asked me as to why I got her a pig. While Curly is absolutely adorable, and she was happy with him, her favourite animal is the sea otter, and he just was not the otter I ordered! Haha. So I reached out to the Birchrobot team to receive the correct item. Kenny was incredibly diligent and helpful in returning the piggie and getting us the correct clock! His customer service was top notch, prevented any stress and worry about returns and even put a smile on my face! Getting Lola was super easy, and Kenny was even nice enough to include a free toque hat for Lola! My mum was absolutely ecstatic finally hanging her on the wall! She absolutely adores her, and the toque was such a wonderful addition (she now wants the full camper outfit to customize with)! The clock was also ludicrously easy to assemble, hang and power. It's an absolute joy to look at! Crazy adorable and silent, too! We were surprised at just how high quality and light the clock was, not to mention the amazingly cute attentions to detail. The addition of a tree planted with every clock is another spectacular bonus! I would recommend Birchrobot 100% for anyone who needs a little joy and whimsy in their life! They're amazing at what they do, create beautifully polished products and I wish them the best in their future endeavors! We'll certainly be back! Too cute!
