Processing Time: We handcraft our clocks in our workshop after you order, and they generally take 3-4 business days to complete and ship.
Domestic Shipping: Free shipping in the U.S. is generally 1-7 days. For a more specific timeframe, add the product to your cart and go to checkout.
Expedited Shipping: Available for domestic U.S. orders. Delivery time is about 1-3 days.
International Shipping: Most shipments are delivered via UPS unless otherwise stated at checkout. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. Delivery estimate is 3 - 5 days.
Returns/Refunds: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a free pre-paid return label for any order shipped within the United States. No, our clocks are silent.
We assemble these clocks in our workshop. Once you receive your clock simply attach your pendulum and install a battery or batteries and let the fun begin.
Yes, they run on one or two AA batteries depending on the clock model.

I purchased the Linus The Bear clock, along with the backpack and multiple hats. It arrived in a timely manner, carefully packaged. The Birch Robot tape used on the box is even adorable. I love the clock! Easy to set up and all my friends and family comment on it. I would buy from them again, just cannot decide which clock to purchase next. My niece says that you guys need to make a blanket for the clock, and maybe it could somehow hook onto the backpack. You know camping is never complete without your blankie. We bought one of these clocks last year and have received many compliments. So when I discovered I could purchase seasonal accessories, I acted ASAP! They are all adorable and well-made. Some hats and toppers cover Chewy's eyes, but I can doctor that with tricky placement or tape.
