No, our clocks are silent.
We assemble these clocks in our workshop. Once you receive your clock simply attach your pendulum and install a battery or batteries and let the fun begin.
Yes, they run on one or two AA batteries depending on the clock model.
I received it as a gift and the first one didn't work for some reason. Customer service was awesome, easy, efficient, and I got the new one quickly with pre paid postage for return. It looks great and is super quiet (basically no sound). I'm big on Christmas, so my gift included a Santa hat and it's totally worth the addition!
Oh my gosh!!!! The absolute cutest clock ever. The little tail feathers move which increases the cuteness factor by 10x. Bought if for the camper but it is too cute to be in the camper…. It is living in my office and makes me smile every time I look at it. Good craftsmanship, nice product and sturdy packaging. AND it got to us very quickly. Highly recommend.
Hubby has said twice (twice!) our owl makes him smile when he comes in from the garage and glances in the utility room. You don’t get decor comments from him often so totally worth it for that! Looking forward to adding accessories.

My 3 year old grandson was an owl for Halloween and he was so happy so I made the great decision to get him an owl pendulum clock for his room . I really was impressed with the tree planting for every clock ones buy

The owl is so cute. It makes me want to create a clock wall, but I'd better not. It's keeping time, and the wood material is lightweight.

My toddler was so excited of the owl clock and looking at it all the time. The design is cute and quite unique and got enough attention to teach her about time. There was a mechanical problem that we could not figure out by ourselves in the first place and we contacted the customer service of Birch Robot. The issue was solved smoothly and we would recommend the clock to everyone.

We had a slight problem with the mechanism of the 1st clock we ordered. Vendor sent a new clock immediately along with a prepaid return label for the broken one. New clock works perfectly and is absolutely adorable. I will definitely buy from him again for my future grand babies nurseries.
